1. Production & Handling Time All items are custom-made and custom-printed to order. Standard production and handling time is 2 to 5 business days (including digital preview approval when applicable) before your item is packaged and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the specific items in your cart and your delivery destination.

• Standard Ground Shipping: 2–5 business days (calculated live at checkout)

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately at sales@customcreationusa.com with your order number and photo evidence of damage so we can file a replacement request with our fulfillment team.
