We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your order and we are committed to making things right. Any goods purchased can only be returned or replaced in accordance with these terms.
Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our custom merchandise. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for any manufacturing defects, printing errors, or transit damage. We will gladly provide a full refund or a replacement solution entirely at our expense for these issues.
To qualify for a refund or replacement under this guarantee, you must inspect your items and inform us of any issues within 7 days of delivery.
To complete your request, we require your receipt or proof of purchase along with a clear digital photo of the defect. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds & Replacements
Once you send us a photo of the defect or damage, we will review it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If approved, we will automatically send a brand-new replacement item into production for you at no cost, or process a refund directly back to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund was approved but you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes a few days of processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded or replaced under our 30-day guarantee. Items purchased on clearance or final sale are not eligible for refunds or replacements
Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges for different sizes or colors. We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need a replacement for a damaged item, simply email us a photo of the issue at sales@customcreationusa.com
Gifts
If the item was a gift shipped directly to you and arrived damaged or defective, we will happily send a replacement item directly to you, or issue a store credit. Please contact us at sales@customcreationusa.com with a photo of the issue to get started.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
Because our products are print-on-demand and custom-made, there is no need to mail your item back to us. Do not ship any items to a physical address unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
